The Tao of Life

The rain's stopped lashing at my window
Shedding tears of laughter
Why cry When we can laugh at life?

An idle Sun smiles gently then
It's warm light, a calming assurance
Why trust the unpredictable Wind?

Sweet aroma of Jasmine spreads around
Pause a bit, savor the moment
What's the hurry, where to run?

Life's all about chances
Live it while it lasts
It's all a big joke anyway. Right? ;-)

The laughter after a few good bouts of crying sometimes tastes even better than simple joys. And it does bring out the artist in us ;)
Taking chances..hmm, isn't that what being great is all about?
And as for it all being a joke, well, it would be if ur a greek god laughing at the travails of mortals.
Otherwise, it's ur one chance to try and hit the jackpot :)

The Lashing Rain and the Idle Sun...
These are flashes of good imagery,
Why not try more?

Cool Stuff. Looks like our comments will always be longer than your posts!
